Return Policy

We do accept returns on items that you receive broken.
We need a picture of the item inside the box to show how it was packaged, and a picture of just the broken item. This is to provide proof for the shipping vendor because most of our products are shipped Priority Mail with insurance.
If the item is damaged, we will provide a full refund.
However, our shipping record is excellent. We are very meticulous when it comes to preparing a package for shipping. We want you to be assured that our goal is to get the item you ordered to you in one piece!
